A very interesting release is out now for Museek record label, it’s Waxlife new EP.
“New Adventures in Lo-Fi” is journey through time to discover electronic music, in its analog and experimental form.
Starting from the slow synthpop of “Dark Path” and the tropical suggestions of “Between Us”, Waxlife explores territories placed antipodes as the dreamland described in “Hope” and the obscure dark reign of “New Wave is Dead”.
There is also room for danceable episodes as “Data Breaks” and “Machines” in which, respectively, Simone merges 80s classic synth / italo 90s house sounds and electronic breaks / Hip Hop.
Ops, we forgot to tell you it’s a limited C18 Tape release. Do you remember?
